General Policies

TURN AROUND TIME:
We make an effort to get orders done as quickly as possible. While we are usually able to get orders done quicker, please allow up to 14 days for your order to ship. If you need an order sooner, please contact us before making a purchase to ensure it can be completed within your timeframe. A rush fee and additional shipping charges may apply.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Stitch-Able is happy to help if you are wanting to place a bulk order, need a different design/font/thread color option, or to make additional customizations. Please email us (laura@stitch-able.com) before purchasing to ensure we are able to meet your customization needs.

REFUNDS:
Due to the custom nature of our items, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure all monogram information is provided correctly before placing your order. If an error is made on our part, please contact us immediately upon receipt of item. We are happy to replace the item free of charge in this circumstance.

SHIPPING/ TAXES:
Stitch-Able is required to collect Sales Tax for all orders within South Carolina. This will be applied automatically if applicable. If you are in the Charleston area and would like to pick up your order from us in Mount Pleasant, please use coupon code: LOCAL at checkout to avoid shipping costs. Please only use this code if you are able to pick up from us locally.
